About the Role

We’re seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join our South Brisbane team.

With opportunities for both recent graduates and experienced therapists, this role can be tailored to suit your current career stage.

You’ll provide high-quality, client-centred therapy services to individuals across the lifespan, with opportunities to specialise in areas of your interest or work across a diverse caseload. Services are delivered in-clinic and in community settings, giving you flexibility and variety in your role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for clients of all ages.
• Deliver client-centred therapy across diverse areas (e.g., early intervention, AAC, dysphagia, articulation, literacy).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including senior Speech Pathologists, to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for clients, families, and funding bodies.
• Support clients in achieving their goals through capacity-building interventions.
• Participate in professional development through in-house and external training opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
• Current membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
