Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care:

Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or sports-related conditions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with referring healthcare professionals and other allied health teams.

Provide patient education to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.

Leadership and Mentorship (For Senior Physiotherapists):

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior physiotherapists and support staff.

Lead team meetings and clinical case discussions.

Contribute to professional development programs within the clinic.

Clinic Development (For Senior Physiotherapists):

Assist in the implementation of new services or treatment techniques.

Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the clinic.

Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).

Current registration with AHPRA; physiotherapists with limited registration encouraged to apply.

Attributes:

Interest or experience in musculoskeletal and geriatric rehabilitation.

A commitment to client-centered care aligned with our values.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Minimum 3 years of work experince for Senior Physiotherapist role

What We Offer

Compensation reflective of your skills and experience, exceeding typical industry benchmarks. Upto $120,000 for Senior Physiotherapists.
