Your Role

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who thrives in a high-performance, client-centred environment and is passionate about blending evidence-based rehab with movement science.

• Deliver game-changing, evidence-based physiotherapy that builds strength and independence

• Coach clients through progressive rehabilitation plans using our world-class gym

• Work alongside strength coaches to bridge the gap between rehab and peak performance

• Use state-of-the-art testing equipment to guide decision-making and accelerate results

• Educate clients on long-term injury prevention and strength-building strategies

• Contribute to the evolution of By Design’s rehab systems and gym-based programs

• You’re an AHPRA-Registered Physiotherapist passionate about evidence-based care

• You believe in strength training and movement as medicine

• You thrive in a team environment and enjoy collaborating with S&C coaches and EPs

• You are eager to grow as a clinician, coach, and leader

• You are excited by innovation in physiotherapy and rehab

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (AHPRA-recognised)

• Current AHPRA registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance

• First Aid Certification and Working with Children Check
