Momentum OT is seeking a NDIS Team Leader to support and mentor our dedicated team of Occupational Therapists.

About the role:

As NDIS Team Leader, you will:

✅ Lead recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members

✅ Provide clinical supervision, quality assurance, and case support

✅ Assist with administrative coordination and assist with referral allocation

✅ Oversee customer relationship management and development

✅ Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives

You will need:

✔️ Occupational Therapy Degree or equivalent

✔️ Experience working within the NDIS sector

✔️ A positive team player attitude with a collaborative and proactive approach

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

✔️ Computer literacy
