Are you an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to lead and inspire? Adams Health Services in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to help build and guide our new paediatric team. In this full-time role, you’ll shape services, mentor junior therapists, and drive our growing practice—all while empowering young clients to thrive. What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to uncover each child’s unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans to help them reach their goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Document client progress and maintain detailed case notes aligned with NDIS requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior Occupational Therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Take a proactive role in developing clinic procedures and contributing to service growth initiatives.
• Support leadership in driving best practices and setting high standards in Paediatric care.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Paediatric services with a proven track record of helping children achieve their potential.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
• Mindset: A passion for making a difference, commitment to professional growth, and experience supervising and mentoring junior therapists.
