Senior Physiotherapist

Crystel Care is an NDIS-registered disability service provider that supports people with disabilities in achieving their goals and actively participating in their communities.

Crystal Care provides various therapeutic supports and services to people with disabilities in South Australia. We aim to deliver safe, equitable, and people-centered disability services in response to our community's needs and the NDIS guidelines.

This Senior Physiotherapy position forms part of a small multi-disciplinary organization, supporting clients in delivering appropriate Behaviour Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy Developmental Education, and Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of Physiotherapy services within the NDIS framework.

• Provide clinical supervision, support, and mentorship to a team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.

• Work collaboratively alongside other key stakeholders to develop, implement, and review interventions.

• Provide Physio services that are timely, efficient, and effective.

• To assess, design, implement, and evaluate Physiotherapy services delivered to adults and children with disability in line with their NDIS plan, individual needs, and goals.

• Conduct Physio assessments of clients to develop or follow an already agreed treatment plan in line with the client's NDIS goals.

• Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in disability services.

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

• In-depth knowledge of the NDIS and its operational framework.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
