Psychologist (telehealth / remote)
About Full Potential Psychology
Are you a psychologist looking for a fun, flexible, and supportive work environment? Look no further! Our online psychology clinic is seeking a psychologist to join our team, with a particular focus on after school appointments to support an influx of referrals with flexibility in the days of work.
At our clinic, we use cutting-edge technology and our game-based platform, Legend Land, to effectively engage children via Telehealth. We specialise in supporting neurodivergent children and their families. Legend Land is a Minecraft therapy world where the client and psychologist's characters interact with each other in a virtual world, allowing the therapist to engage with children via telehealth and remove the barriers of geographic region, mobility, and sensory and emotional barriers to leaving the home.
The successful candidate will have full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a postgraduate qualification is highly regarded. They will also have a strong theoretical knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders and common psychological presentations, as well as experience in supporting and treating individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. Legend Land is a modified version Minecraft and is used to engage children online. Experience playing videogames is essential, and experience playing Minecraft on PC is highly regarded.
Remuneration (contractor)
$131.32 to $156.82, inclusive of Superannuation
