We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated physiotherapist to join our growing clinic. Opportunities also available for candidates interested in developing skills required for managing and growing a physiotherapy business. 

 Leap Back Physio has been operating for 12 years in the Glen Iris and currently has 3 highly experienced clincians who are all keen to share their knowledge and skills. If you are interested in developing your physiotherapy skills further or learning the business side of managing/ growing a clinic within a supportive, friendly and fun environment, then this position could be perfect for you. We service a diverse sporting and musculoskeletal caseload in the Glen Iris/ Camberwell/ Hawthorn East areas, with mainly private patients and minimal third party work. The role will also include conducting Physio Rehab classes and some group class assessments, so prior pilates equipment experience is preferable, but not essential. We are also involved with Swinburne University Soccer Club so opportunities to further your sports physiotherapy skills are available.

This position is flexible for the right candidate to be either full time or part time. Hours are negotiable but will involve some evenings and some Saturday morning shifts.

The role offers excellent remuneration and the opportunity to learn and develop skills with regular mentoring available from a Titled Sports Physiotherapist with over 25 years’ experience in the field. Further mentoring also available from an experienced Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Experienced Pilates Physiotherapist. Generous CPD allowance also included. All training and mentoring will be provided to ensure you feel comfortable and proficient. Requirements

The successful candidate will need:

• Physiotherapy degree
• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Ideally experience in private practice preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply.
• Ideally experience with both a musculoskeletal and sports caseload but not essential.
• Preferred experience but not essential conducting Pilates/rehab classes (training and support can be provided if required)
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive Mindset and Willingness to learn
• Willingness to contribute to a cohesive and supportive workplace
