About the Opportunity

Our client based in the Bentley Park area less than 15km away from Cairns is needing a vocationally registered general practitioner to join their team to replace one of their doctors who has gone into the public sector. They are a fully equipped and accredited multidisciplinary clinic with modern facilities, treatment rooms and nursing station operating in a progressive primary health care setting that enables patients to achieve and maintain optimal health. Their range of clinical services includes chronic disease management including a structured diabetes clinic, women and children's services, indigenous health and the full range of general practice care through education and the modification of environmental, lifestyle and dietary choices. You will be working in a welcoming and inclusive environment with a wealth of leisure and recreational pursuits not far from major tourist attractions. Essential Criteria:

• MBBS or equivalent
• Minimum AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
• FRACGP qualified
