We’re on the hunt for a Physiotherapy Team Leader to join our team at Pathways Physiotherapy!

Your responsibilities in this role would be –

• Supporting the team through one-on-one clinical mentoring, contributing in group case reviews and team inservices, and helping run our team culture days;
• Work closely with our Clinic Director and Practice Manager to build and maintain an energetic, supportive team culturewhere everyone enjoys coming to work.
• Maintain a varied musculoskeletal caseload of about 40 appts/wk (plus clinical exercise & pilates / GLA:D groups);
• Meet with the leadership team fortnightly to collaborate on decisions about the running of the clinic.

The successful applicant will get –

• Regular one-on-one mentoring from the Clinic Director on leadership, team culture, and business development;
• Access to external resources and opportunities to help develop your leadership skills;
• Clinical CPD allowance of $1500 to continue your ongoing development as a clinician;
• An attractive base wage ($90k-120k) to enable you to perform non-clinical work, PLUS commission to reward a strong caseload.
• You’re choice of time to grow into the role if preferred, or you could jump right into the leadership position immediately.
