We are looking for highly skilled graduates to join our growing teams and footprints. You will be part of a small boutique graduate program to ensure individualised support and high quality services. 



 

About the Graduate Program 

Our 2025 Allied Health Community Graduate Program is designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and experience needed to thrive in the dynamic field of community healthcare. This program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a supportive environment, while gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of disciplines, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology. You will benefit from structured mentoring, ongoing professional development, and exposure to real-world challenges, all while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in the community.

Essential Criteria: 

  • AHPRA Registered
  • Tertiary level qualifications in desired discipline
  • Strong verbal communication skills including problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about making a positive difference.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working with people with a disability who may have a range of complex and challenging support needs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures.
