Speech Pathologist - Part-time (With the opportunity to move to full-time)
Location: Northern Star Support – Kurri Kurri, NSW

We are currently seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals while working in a dynamic, client-centred environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for clients with a range of communication, speech, and language needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions in home, community, and office settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other speech therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure therapy goals align with client needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology (recognised in Australia).
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Experience in working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and current Australian driver’s licence.
