With the completion of our stunning new clinic, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join the team! You will have the opportunity to work and develop your skills in the brand new Speak & Develop clinic space located in Willoughby!

Role Description

This is a full-time in-clinic role for a Speech Pathologist located in Willoughby, NSW. You will receive ongoing professional development and1:1 supervision. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and literacy assessments.
• Create individualised treatment plans based on assessment results and client centered goals.
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Track client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including Paediatricians, psychologists, and occupational therapists.
• Educate families on techniques to support speech and language development at home.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant qualifications as a Speech Pathologist (Bachelors degree or higher)
• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Current Police Check
• 2+ years experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• A positive, fun and engaging personality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
