Speech Pathologist

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Speech Pathologist to join the DOTS Intervention Services team in Kingswood!

This role is suited to someone who is wanting to work as a contractor - this means adjustable hours, flexibility to change your work days/times and taking time off as you need. Our team is great for someone who is interested in working with a level of independence, but values the support of a multidisciplinary team and an existing referral base. Our team is made up of experienced and ethical clinicians with strong values in our work.

You will come into a team that has policies and procedures already set up, an existing CRM and a strong referral base. We are an established and respected NDIS Registered service in the region and have strong relationships with schools, early childhood settings, GP's and paediatricians. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, multidisciplinary sessions and school-based services.

We are all about working smart - you will not spend all day travelling or coming in and out of the clinic. You have an allocated office for your work day and can work your hours as you want. We have existing resources, assessments and templates to share with you and there is room for you to store your resources as well. There is easy parking on site and we are just off the M4 motorway.

We want to support the development of a strong allied health workforce - we want you to be able to do great work as a Speech Pathologist and not get bogged down in paperwork and KPI's. We are also passionate about our non-client time - you'll often see us grabbing coffee together or having a shared lunch time in the clinic.
