The Role: Speech Pathologist

We’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and dedicated Speech Pathologist to provide exemplary therapy services to our clients at our Caringbah clinic or through home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and related documentation.
• Provide training and oversight for Therapy Assistants.
• Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain open, effective communication with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and refine client intervention strategies to meet developmental goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) accredited by Speech Pathology Australia.
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment plans for participants with varying developmental needs.
• Experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is highly regarded.
• Experience in the treatment of feeding disorders is highly regarded.
