The Role: Speech Pathologist
We’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and dedicated Speech Pathologist to provide exemplary therapy services to our clients at our Caringbah clinic or through home visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and related documentation.
- Provide training and oversight for Therapy Assistants.
- Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain open, effective communication with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and refine client intervention strategies to meet developmental goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) accredited by Speech Pathology Australia.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.
- First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment plans for participants with varying developmental needs.
- Experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is highly regarded.
- Experience in the treatment of feeding disorders is highly regarded.
