Speech Language Pathologist
Join Our Team at Perth Hills Allied Health – Seeking A Passionate Speech Pathologist!
Are you an experienced or early-career Speech Pathologist ready to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives while growing professionally? Join our expanding paediatric practice in Kelmscott, WA, where our mission is to encourage innovation, honour diversity, and create a safe, supportive, and connected environment. We provide speech therapy and art therapy for children, with a focus on empowering both our clients and team.
Why Work with Us?
- Supportive and Collaborative Team: We’re a small, growing team of dedicated professionals who value each other’s strengths and work together to deliver exceptional care. As a neurodiverse-affirming practice, we are committed to innovation, ethics, and evidence-based approaches.
- Work-Life Balance: Choose from full-time or part-time options (minimum 3 days per week for part-time, with school hours available). Enjoy 4 weeks of paid annual leave, along with flexible hours during school holidays and the option for unpaid leave.
- Professional Growth and Support: You’ll receive extensive supervision, guidance, and mentoring, with opportunities to develop extended clinical knowledge across varied areas. Gain full access to our Adult Learning Zones content for additional training and development.
- Resources to Succeed: Our clinic is equipped with formal assessment tools, therapy resources, and a wide selection of materials for speech, language, and literacy. You’ll also receive a laptop, iPad, and dedicated admin time for preparation, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Diverse Service Delivery: Work in our brand-new clinic and provide services in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings. School holidays bring a slower pace, allowing time to reflect, recharge, or focus on group services.
- Continuous Learning Opportunities: Participate in monthly clinical forums as a member of the Private Speech Pathologists’ Association of WA (PSPAWA) and receive support for attending professional development events and special interest groups.
