Mobile Peadiatric speech pathology service.

 

Role Description

 

This is a part time, sub contracting role for a paediatric Speech Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing providing intervention for a range of communication difficulties including speech, language, literacy, fluency and pragmatic language for children aged between 2-15.

 

The role is currently 1-2 days per week with the option of increasing to 3-4.

 

Support, mentoring and admin support is provided.

 

Qualifications

 

Degree

  • in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CSPA SPA Membership
  • Experience in assessing and treating a range of communication difficulties including speech, language, fluency, literacy and pragmatic language.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based evaluation and treatment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
