We are currently seeking talented Speech and Language Therapists from the UK to help us change more lives across Australia.

About the role 

Duties will include:

• Deliver client-driven, evidence-based therapy services in a community setting.
• Develop a participant’s social and interpersonal skills to increase confidence and participation in everyday life.
• Identify participants’ strengths, limitations, and minimise risks during eating and drinking.
• Create individualised support plans combining speech, language, listening and learning skills to facilitate improved communication.
• Support adult and/or child participants with a variety of dysphagia, aphasia, language, and communication challenges.
• Create detailed, timely reports for the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).

About you

You will be an empathetic and confident communicator, with a passion for supporting a diverse range of clients, ready to hit the ground running in Australia.

Essential requirements include:

• Degree level qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
• At least one year of clinical experience as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Full clean driving licence.
• A willingness to complete criminal record check.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Experience working with individuals with a disability is desirable but not essential.
