Working Hours: Full Time

Salary Offer: $100k to $150k annually (depending on experience) + commission

About the role:

As a Senior Podiatrist, you'll focus 80% of your workload on musculoskeletal care while leading the way in patient-centered treatment. Success in this role means delivering exceptional outcomes for your patients, collaborating with a supportive team, and contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking practice. This role is integral to our mission of becoming Tasmania's go-to clinic for lower limb concerns, while also helping shape the future of podiatry through innovation and expertise.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Providing exceptional biomechanics-focused care to patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Effectively managing a busy diary with 80% musculoskeletal work.
  • Contributing to the development of team processes and clinical excellence.
  • Utilizing cutting-edge tools, including 3D-printed orthotics, to deliver advanced treatments.
  • Supporting a collaborative, patient-focused clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality podiatric care with a focus on biomechanics and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Use advanced orthotic technologies, including CNC milling and 3D printing, to create custom treatment solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in line with clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest podiatric research, integrating new practices into patient care as appropriate.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Podiatry (or equivalent).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on biomechanics and musculoskeletal care.
  • Expertise in the assessment and treatment of lower limb conditions.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient care and team collaboration.
  • Certifications: AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
