Responsibilities:

• Day to day overseeing a leading and innovative team.

About You:

• You are naturally driven! A person who thrives on seeing others succeed.
• Approachable and empathetic towards those we assist.
• Naturally, you have a love for working with children.  You will have extensive experience working in early intervention in either private or public.
• You have grown over the years in your clinical experience and are perhaps currently working as an OT / Senior OT who is wanting to take the next step into a Team Leader role whilst still drawing on your clinical experience.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with our community.
• You love what you do, and this shows in your ability to engage and build relationships.
• Above all, you are ready to take on this opportunity and grow as a leader in your field.
• Hold academic qualifications together with professional registration (AHPRA).
• Lastly, you are enthusiastic and willing to jump in and hit the ground running!
