We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, experienced Occupational Therapist to join us and help shape the next chapter of Find Your Way.

As a senior member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and actively contribute to strategic decisions as we expand. Your skills and experience

• Clinical Expertise: Experience working with both paediatric and adult NDIS participants, including neurodiverse and neurological clients. Familiarity in any of the following areas is preferred:

  • Children, Youth, and Adult Therapy Services

  • Mental Health therapy services

  • Assistive Technology assessments, applications and instruction

  • Functional Capacity Assessments

  • Home and Living Assessments

  • Sensory Assessments

  • Home modifications

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work with internal and external personnel and participants

• Technical Skills: High computer literacy – we use Outlook, MS365, Teams and SPLOSE.

• Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team both in an office environment, and in participants environments.

• Adaptable: Flexible to adjust to varying client needs and demands.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Current Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA

• Minimum of 3 years in a clinical or community-based OT role

• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance

• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module

• Working knowledge of the NDIS is preferred

• Current valid Drivers License and ability to work across Geelong and Colac regions

• Police check

• Working With Children’s Check (or wiling to obtain)

• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
