The Role: Psychologist

We’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and dedicated Psychologist to provide exemplary therapy services to our clients at our Caringbah clinic or through home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised therapy plans.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses.
• Prepare detailed psychological and NDIS reports.
• Provide training and supervision to Therapy Assistants.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
• Regularly review and adapt intervention strategies to support client progress and goal achievement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Psychologist.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based assessments and intervention plans for clients with diverse developmental needs.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles and approaches is advantageous.
