The role:
Our innovative, award-winning Primary Psychological Recovery Program takes a unique, interdisciplinary approach to supporting our patients with their recovery. Due to recent expansion, we are seeking a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessment and intervention services to support the delivery of our Psychological Programs. This role involves working collaboratively with our Navigator clinicians as you conduct clinical assessments and provide targeted psychological intervention to our patients. This role provides a harmonious work-life balance with flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home and office options to cater to your lifestyle needs. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a national team and participate in group peer supervision, enhancing your professional network and learning opportunities.
This is a full-time role, open to part-time for suitable candidates. The role is professionally rewarding and allows you to contribute to a solution-oriented approach to mental health recovery that truly works.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• The ability to travel to Sydney / Melbourne CBD
• Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
• SIRA registered or eligible for registration
• Experience in the delivery of evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills.
• Team player with experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge and experience of the compensable injury sector (Desirable)
