Available Roles

We’re seeking professionals in the following capacities:

1. Psychologist

As a psychologist at CTM, you will:

• Offer individual and couples counselling to clients facing emotional and relational difficulties.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical records according to AHPRA standards.

Ideal Candidate: You have at least three years of experience, are registered with AHPRA, and are skilled in evidence-based practices. You are reflective, open to professional development, and committed to high standards of ethical practice.

2. Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

As a mental health social worker with us, you will:

• Offer individual and couples counselling to clients facing emotional and relational difficulties.
• Use a holistic approach to support clients, leveraging your unique social work perspective to help them navigate complex life situations.
• Maintain clinical records and follow guideline according to AASW standards.

Ideal Candidate: You hold accreditation in mental health social work, bring at least three years of relevant experience, and have strong skills in assessment, counselling, and ethical practice. You enjoy working independently but value shared learning and team support.

3. Trained Couples Therapist

As a couples therapist at CTM, you will:

• Provide specialised therapy to couples, individual and families, addressing communication, intimacy, and relational challenges.
• Facilitate growth and connection within relationships, applying your specific couples therapy training and experience.
• Be skilled in managing complex relationship dynamics and supporting clients in achieving meaningful change.

Ideal Candidate: You have specific training and experience in couples therapy, are registered with PACFA or ACA with a minimum of three years of experience in the field. You are adaptable, client-centered, and motivated to work within a collaborative environment.
