Willow Tree Psychology and Wellbeing

A unique opportunity exists for a dedicated child and adolescent psychologist to join the team at Willow Tree Psychology and Wellbeing.

We are a private practice nestled in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide. We have a large team of 30 psychologists, an art therapist and a mental health social worker. Our psychology team consists of 9 Board-Approved Supervisors, where we offer regularly scheduled individual supervision, group supervision, and professional development sessions. Our Board-Approved Supervisors are on site, and also have an open-door policy as we understand that supervision at times is required outside the scheduled supervision time. Our team are warm and friendly, and as a large psychology hub, there is always someone available to talk, discuss and debrief with.

At Willow Tree, we value staff development and support; therefore, we aim to move away from the traditional private practice model of working in the isolated ‘silos’ of our individual consulting rooms from morning to night, and instead move towards a model that facilitates shared learning and development across the whole team.

We believe that our clients get the best outcomes when our therapists have the time and support to deliver high-quality therapy.

Here at Willow Tree, we pride ourselves on:
•    Offering a friendly and supportive culture that encourages collegiality and support throughout the working day
•    Providing an inclusive LGBTQI+ safe space for clients and staff
•    Working with a diverse range of clients
•    Providing increased accessibility and timeliness for clients to access support
•    The valued connection we have with our team of psychologists
•    Supportive environment for flexible working conditions to accommodate and support work-life balance
•    In addition to our fantastic practice location at Felixstow, Willow Tree is also committed to giving back to the local community by also offering a school-based outreach program to communities with an identified high need for therapeutic services.
