Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, or Clinical Psychologist with experience working with trauma. Someone who is open to learning, keen to be part of a small team, who above all is compassionate and non-judgmental. The ideal candidate will be open to working with both adolescents and adults, and will be passionate about empowering clients to move beyond survival and thrive.

* Flexible work options: Build your own schedule (2-5 days per week) with the ability to work from home for Telehealth appointments.

* Independence & Support: Enjoy the freedom to work independently while having access to ongoing professional development and regular supervision (both one-on-one and group) and team meetings.

* Contractor Position: We offer contractor roles with flexible service agreements.

* Client Base: Bring your existing clients or caseload (if any), or we can assist you in building your practice.

* Collaborative Environment: Work alongside clinicians with expertise in trauma and sexual harm. Participate in group programs or peer professional development events.

Requirements:

* Full Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).

* Eligibility for provider registration with Medicare Australia.

* Experience working with adolescents and adults.

* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply).

* Access to Professional Indemnity Insurance.

* Registered Australian Business Number (or willingness to apply).

* Two Professional References.
