Our offerings:

·     Sub-contract position / permanent employment

·     Exceptional  onsite reception support: All booking, cancellation lists, payments, GP reports reminders, chasing up 3rd parties etc. allowing you a hassle-free, purely therapeutic time with your clients

·        Face to face or hybrid (not solely Telehealth)

·     Access to an EMDR kit, bio-feedback software, and NOVOPsych*

·     Leadership opportunities and coaching to align with your professional goals*

·     Professional and supportive colleagues, regular peer supervision, PD opportunities, and quarterly bonding outings (escape room etc)

·     Clinical supervision with a board approved supervisor

We expect you to:

·        Have a Doctoral or Masters level qualification in Psychology

·        Be eligible for the Medicare rebated, have your own ABN and indemnity insurance

·        Have a clear focus on your needs, aspirations, passions, strengths and barriers

·        Have training, experience, OR interest in Trauma informed practice and Schema Therapy

·        Be committed to ongoing Professional Development and introspection

·        Preferably 2+ years experience in private practice

·        Minimum 2 days, and availability for after hours on at least one of those days

·     Be warm, passionate, and have a chronic history of being transparent

·      Bonus – if you’re a little quirky and you own it

 

This role is not for you if you wish to see 8 clients a day, 5 days a week, or if you have your own solo practice and only want to join us just to fill your books temporarily. At this stage, we have no capacity for 4+2, or 5+1 with primary supervision. There will be a group 5+1 opportunity opening in 2025 ,feel free to make contact and reserve your spot.
