We comprise of a small, dedicated team of qualified psychologists committed to supporting clients and ensuring accessibility to healthcare services.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychologist to join our team.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a professional keen on delivering exceptional therapy services while actively contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Situated in the heart of North Perth, our newly established practice provides a conducive environment for you and our clients. You will receive full support from our practice manager, who shares our commitment to success and is eager to facilitate practice growth.

This opportunity offers autonomy and flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance within a supportive and collaborative team. You will have the freedom to shape your role, offering a diverse range of services, including specialised areas, assessments, and more of the work you love. Additionally, you will collaborate with the practice manager to attract new referrers and practitioners, maximising the utilisation of our practice.

The position is offered as an independent contractor arrangement, featuring a percentage split and attractive incentives with no unrealistic KPI expectations. We have a board approved supervisor within our team as well as ongoing support from our Management Team at Luma. We offer a warm, down to earth, and friendly culture within a professional environment.

• Eligibility for Medicare registration
• AHPRA registration with professional indemnity insurance
• Demonstrated experience in evidence-based interventions for various issues
• Enthusiasm for collaborative success in both clinical and business aspects
• Experience in developing private psychology services as a commercial enterprise

Desirable attributes include:

• A passion for our mission and values
• Knowledge of Medicare compliance
• Expertise in specific areas of interest (such as perinatal, eating disorders, neurodiversity, children, and adolescents)
• Familiarity with Client Management Systems
