Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Nurse at Park Family Practice in Bondi Junction, Sydney, NSW. The Practice Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting with consultations, administering immunisations, conducting health assessments, and promoting health education and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in patient care including ECG, chronic disease care plans, wound care, cold chain management and health assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of health education and preventive care practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in a primary care setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
