Practice Nurse (RN)

Collaborate closely with the General practitioners and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Duties will include:

• Immunisations
• Triaging
• Wound care
• Chronic Disease Management (Care Plans)
• Patient recalls and reminders
• Health Assessments
• Procedure Assistance
• Spirometry/ECG
• Infection Control Management
• Equipment sterilising
• Ordering/Managing Treatment room supplies (budgeting and stock inventory)
• Iron Infusions
• Cold Chain Management
• Cryotherapy
• Ear syringing
• Private Vaccine Ordering and Stock Management 

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in General Practice
• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Being able to Multitask
• Excellent communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Time Management Skills
• Team work
• Efficiency using Best Practice
• Flexibility and Reliability with working hours
• CPR training
• WA Health Immunisation Certificate

Successful candidate must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 before commencing.
