Myhealth Medical Centres are well established General Practice Clinics, now looking for an efficient & driven Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse to join our team at Chermside for General Practice Nursing!

Our Medical Centres provide a friendly, positive and respectful work environment whilst offering patients of all ages a variety of services to help with the management of their health.

The suitable candidate will need to have a professional, mature outlook with exceptional communication and administration skills. Your role will be to provide support to patients and doctors.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
You Role & Responsibilities:

• Triage and Assessment of Patients
• Assisting GPs in all aspects of General Practice
• Wound management
• Immunisations
• Procedure Support
• Cold chain management
• Chronic Disease management (TCA, GPMP and Health Assessments)
• Run the treatment room

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in General Practice advantageous
• Current AHPRA registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise your workload and confidence in working autonomously
• Positive attitude & great organisational skills

Preferred but not essential:

• Previous knowledge of Best Practice Software
• Experience and knowledge of Care Plans and Health Assessments
