Working hours: Full-time / Part-time position

Salary: $75K to $100K per annum + super + travel allowance

Location: Bertram, WA

 

The Role

As a mobile community-based Positive Behavioural Support Practitioner, working as part of a collaborative inter-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports throughout the Peel, Rockingham and South Metro regions. Working in partnership with families and support & carer networks, you will be across a range of disability-related needs, from short-term interventions to complex, long-term needs.

 

With clinics located in Bertram and Mandurah, you will work across these regions. Based on where you live, we will balance your caseload accordingly.

 

You will be supported by your respective clinical Team Leader, our Clinical Service Managers, Seniors and work in an interdisciplinary system alongside other dedicated speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, exercise physiologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and therapy assistants.

Also, You Should Also Have The Standard Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree qualification: OT/Speech Pathology/Psychology/Social Work, etc
  • A Working with children check
  • A valid West Australian drivers’ licence
  • Reside in and hold full working rights in Australia
  • Be eligible to apply for an NDIS Behaviour Support ID or currently hold an NDIS Behaviour Support ID
  • Experience in the allied health sector working with NDIS participants and knowledge of NDIS framework
