Physiotherapy Roles

Are you looking at taking your Physiotherapy career to the next level in the sunny suburbs of Perth? 

We are looking for 

• 1x Full time Physiotherapist (Graduate or 1-3 years experience) OR
  1x Part time Physiotherapist (20 Hours per week) (Graduate or 1-3 years experience)
   
• 1x Casual Physiotherapist (Weekends)
• 1x Part time Senior Physiotherapist ( Greater than 4 years experience)

Physiotherapist (Graduate program | 1-3 years experience)

(FULL TIME | PART TIME ROLE ) 

The roles are across our clinics in Osborne Park, Ellenbrook, Wembley and Maddington, with option to nominate a first preference primary location.

Options of 20-40hr hours per week with flexibility (family friendly) and/or a combination of morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.

For New Graduates there is:

• Existing case load (Consistent 38hrs per week)
• An allowance towards further education (full time or part time pro rata)
• In-house continued support and education sessions
• Mentoring and ability to have 1 on 1 training with our senior Physiotherapists who have each have 10 years and 30 year experience respectively.

Remuneration: 

Full Time Salary: $70k-$100k (or part time equivalent) + Commission

OR Commission (contractor) + bonus 

Revenue plus benefits / bonuses will also be included depending on experience and performance.

Physio (Casual | Weekend | 0-10hrs )

Casual/Weekend Hourly Rate: $40-$55/hour + Super

Complete Care Health is a holistic patient-centred, evidence-based multidisciplinary practice with clinics in Wembley, Osborne Park, Ellenbrook, and Maddington.  

With a focus on cross-referrals, our team of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Remedial Massage Therapists, Nutritionist and an Exercise Physiologist frequently join forces to help patients achieve optimal levels of health and well-being.

Our clinics are located close to or within GP clinics and strive to have good working relationships with their doctors.

Our practice manages a varied caseload of musculoskeletal problems, exercise and orthopaedic rehabilitation, women’s health, sporting, work and motor vehicle injuries.

Senior Physiotherapist (20 Hours per week) 

(FULL TIME | PART TIME ) 

The Senior role involves managing a caseload of patients with a focus on building pilates based small group rehabilitation classes.

A suitable candidate must have a passion for musculoskeletal / sports physiotherapy and educating other health professionals (including graduate Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage therapists and Chiropractors) 

The role consists of mentoring, growing and collaboration with multidisciplinary / location clinic. 

Location: Perth Metro (NOR and Northeastern suburbs - close to good schools, beaches & theoutdoors)

The successful applicant will:

Have capacity to allocate resources, set priorities and ensure budgets are met within a large and complex organisation;
Be responsible for providing effective services and ensuring strategic targets are met

Supervises staff / HR selection and reporting to management
Develop, implement and deliver strategic clinical plans which increase the level of patient care 

Remuneration: 

Dependant on experience

/ Commission

 50% of revenue 
+Superannuation 
+ Mentorship Hours

Requirements

The Senior candidates should demonstrate the following requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration
• High levels of work ethic and organisational skills.
• High levels of self-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to perform effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Clinical Pilates Certification. (Desirable)
• Dry Needling Qualifications. (Desirable)

The Junior Physiotherapist should demonstrate the following requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration.

• Willingness to learn and passion for evidence based physiotherapy
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families and administration.
• Ability to perform effectively and cross-collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Dry Needling Qualifications. (Desirable)
