About us

Located in beautiful Port Stephens, Our client is a large modern studio providing physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, athletic development, and small group fitness classes.

We specialise in exercise rehabilitation and encourage our physiotherapists to use an exercise-based approach to get the best long-term results for our clients. Our large open plan facility including a fully equipped gym and Pilates studio allows our staff to utilise the latest strength and conditioning principles alongside their physiotherapy knowledge to get the best clinical outcomes.

We have the full range of AxIT testing equipment including dynamometry and force plates; allowing our staff to make the best data-informed decisions about client management.We have built a multi-disciplinary team and have created a rich and empowering environment for staff looking to excel in their career and work collaboratively whilst continuing to learn, be challenged and deliver exceptional care to our clients.We have strong community and sporting connections. We currently work with Nelson Bay Neptunes (Touch Football), Nelson Bay Marlins (Australian Rules Football), Nelson Bay Gropers (Rugby Union) and the Tomaree Triathlon Club.

The opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

This position will include clinical consulting, delivery of small group (1:4) clinical exercise/pilates classes and working within our athletic development pathway.

Ability to work with local sporting teams if desired.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or higher

- Full Australian working rights

- Full AHPRA registration

- Previous private physiotherapy practice experience is advantageous but not essential

- Excellent communication and time

-management skills
