Our client is a local clinic to Bentleigh which focuses on providing great service to local clientele. There is a strong emphasis on education, empowerment and encouragement to engage in active lifestyles and habits to provide long term health and mobility. Our cient is also known by locals as the Physio with the friendly British Shorthair cat (Winston) who patrols the gym/studio at his leisure and or is sleeping on the job. We have a strong focus on exercise focussed management with two separate exercise studio's. One focussed more on strength and conditioning in a 1:1 or 2:1 setting and a brand new separate Clinical Pilates studio with 4 reformers.

About the Role

Take 4:1 Clinical Pilates sessions in a brand new boutique studio. Provide 1:1 musculoskeletal/sports physiotherapy consultation to a great community with varied caseload. Program/Take 1:1 and 1:2 Strength and Conditioning Rehab sessions. Scope to discuss an aspect of the role to include social media posting and marketing if interested. The role will most likely begin with a 70/30 Split between Pilates Group sessions and Physio. The potential to start part time with the view of going full time is also possibility.

Qualifications

Physiotherapy Degree with AHPRA registration.

Clinical Pilates Qualification and Experience.

Required Skills

Clinical Pilates Experience

Musculoskeletal and Sports Physio experience in the Private setting

Pay range and compensation package

Long appointments (45min Initial and 30min subsequent consultation). $1000 CPD Allowance. Work Life Balance. Full time or Part time hours available depending on your situation. Flexible hours.
