Being a Physiotherapist at IOT will allow you to achieve these goals.

We are a successful NDIS practice seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Multidisciplinary Allied Health Team (Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants).

IOT is now expanding into Campbelltown, due to the demand for our services in this area. We support our staff to continue their professional growth in their areas of interest and provide an inclusive, progressive, and social work environment whilst doing so

We offer:

• A varied caseload of clients – including (but not exclusive to) progressive neurological disorders, spinal cord injury, stroke, intellectual disabilities and connective tissue disorders

• Remuneration in line with the Public Health Award with regular reviews for progression

• Five paid days off a year to attend professional development (pro rata for part time)

• Support to attend continued professional development, with paid time off to attend training and funding of up to $1000 per annum for the cost of training courses.

• Support to develop your clinical skills from experienced staff

• A well-developed clinical supervisory and quality assurance structure

• Administrative support to assist you in spending more time on clinical work and less time on administrative tasks

• An established internal progression structure to stimulate professional and clinical growth

• Flexible work arrangements and working days are not only possible but encouraged

Essential criteria

• Capacity to work without direct supervision

• Ability to work from home

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

• Current AHPRA registration

• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to working with people who have a disability

• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills

• Ability to develop and implement innovative client-centred strategies

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Computer literacy

• A valid driver's licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

IOT pays above award salaries. A competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
