Senior Physiotherapist – Leadership & Growth Opportunity

Location: Western Sydney (Multiple Clinics)
Salary: $100,000- $120,000 + Commissions ( with a potential to Earn Much More)

We are a well-established and rapidly growing physiotherapy and allied health clinic with 8 locations across Western Sydney. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional care, and we are now seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our leadership team and help drive our business forward.

The Role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in managing and mentoring our team of physiotherapists, assistants, and allied health professionals. You will support the growth and development of our clinics, traveling between locations as needed to assist with business expansion, recruitment, and team development. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and train physiotherapists and physio assistants to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Collaborate with management to drive business growth by helping recruit staff and support the expansion of clinic locations.
Ensure evidence-based treatments are integrated into patient care.
Handle a diverse caseload while managing and developing junior staff.
Foster a collaborative, positive team culture across all clinic locations.

About You:

- AHPRA registered physiotherapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in training and mentoring staff.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple locations.

- Passionate about clinical excellence, patient care, and team development.

- Holds a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel between clinic locations as needed.  
- Committed to continuous professional development and innovation.
