Physiotherapist

We are looking for a proactive physiotherapist to join our dynamic team as we expand into a wellness clinic collaborating with other health and Wellness practitioners in South Brisbane. It would be great if you had an interest in women's health and or have Yoga teaching to undertake Yoga Therapy sessions and classes or Breathwork Respiratory Physio focus. There will be opportunities to treat clients across their lifespan, and if you have a special skill set or interest area, we will work with you to tailor the caseload to align with your expertise. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, client-centred musculoskeletal services.
• Manage a diverse caseload effectively and independently.
• Provide treatment to clients of all ages, including NDIS participants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Be willing to learn and educate with the team of experienced physiotherapists to help each other grow

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA.

The role

• The hours required for this role are anywhere from 25 hours to 38 hours a week for the right applicant
• As part of the role you will step straight in and running a number of our specialised Physioform classes
• You will treat a mix of predominantly private musculoskeletal clients and we will assist you in building a caseload to suit a special area of interest
• Our preferred candidates will have 1+ years in private practice, and our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience. This is not a position suitable for new graduate therapists, or therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload
• Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists’ salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $53 an hour
• Annual salary package will range from $75000 to $95000 pro rata including your base salary plus Super and all bonuses and entitlements
• Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure that allows you to take home an extra $20000-$25000 per year in performance based bonuses
• You will have access to a PD budget, and you will be involved in providing the structure too more formal and informal clinic mentoring.
