Physiotherapist Private Practice

Leap Back Physio is growing again and we are looking for our next physio to join our team!

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated physiotherapist to join our expanding clinic.

We service a diverse sporting and musculoskeletal caseload in the Glen Iris/ Camberwell/ Hawthorn East areas, with mainly private patients and minimal third party work. The role will also include conducting Physio Rehab classes and some group class assessments in our new pilates space, so prior pilates equipment experience is preferable, but not essential. We are also involved with a university Sporting Club so there will also be some sessions at their training required.

This position is flexible for the right candidate to be either full time or part time. Hours are negotiable but will involve some evenings and some rotational Saturday morning shifts.

This role offers excellent remuneration and the opportunity to learn and develop skills with regular mentoring available from 2 titled Physiotherapists (1 Sports and 1 Musc ) with over 24 years’ experience in the field. Generous CPD allowance also included. All training and mentoring will be provided to ensure you feel comfortable and proficient. Requirements

The successful candidate will need:

• Physiotherapy degree
• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Ideally some experience in private practice preferred
• Ideally experience with both a musculoskeletal and sports caseload but not essential.
• Preferred experience but not essential conducting Pilates/rehab classes (training and support can be provided if required)
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to contribute within a cohesive and supportive workplace
