Our busy practice is located in the beautiful suburb of Double Bay, in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs! We are a well-established large private practice that has been operating in Double Bay for over 20 years.

At Bay Active we offer Physiotherapy, Pilates and Exercise Physiology and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and fun Physio/Pilates Practitioner to join our team!

The Role:

• An enthusiastic and self-motivated, experienced Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates practitioner who enjoys working autonomously and as a team.
• Physiotherapist with Strong focus on Clinical Pilates with ability to perform 1:1, Duo, and Quattro Equipment Clinical Pilates classes.
• Clientele includes a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries, post operative rehabilitation.
• Full-time 12 months maternity leave contract, with potential opportunity to continue employment after the 12-month contract.
• We're open 6 days a week and this full-time role would include some morning & afternoon sessions, as well as weekend coverage amongst our team.
• Continued support and structured CPD sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking over and managing a full patient caseload of 50:50 Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates.
• Facilitate individualised Clinical Pilates & Exercise programming for 1:1, Duo, and Quattro Pilates sessions.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

All Applicants must:

• Be currently residing and eligible to work in Australia.
• Have a tertiary degree in Physiotherapy.
• Clinical Pilates training
• Have at least 3 years post university private practice experience.
• Be registered with AHPRA as a physiotherapist or eligibility to be registered.

Ideal Applicants will:

• Be available to work full time, 38 hours per week, depending on therapist preference and clinic needs. Days and hours of work are flexible. Part time options can be discussed.
• Be able to work rostered Saturdays.
• Be able to work between 7am-9am and 6pm-8pm on some nights Monday-Friday.
