About the Roles

Location: Pyrmont and our upcoming clinic in North Sydney

Positions Available: Multiple full-time and part-time employee roles

• Experience Required: 3+ years in physiotherapy with expertise in musculoskeletal rehab, Pilates instruction, and manual therapy skills.
• Salary range $70,000 - $105,000

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking passionate physiotherapists who:

• Bring a "can-do" attitude and are dedicated to achieving patient goals
• Have excellent communication skills to connect with clients and work seamlessly within a team
• Hold current CPR certification, professional indemnity insurance, and SIRA accreditation

Key Responsibilities

• Functional assessments
• Rehabilitation and short-term restorative care
• Small-group rehab exercise classes
• Pilates instruction
• Care plan design
• Exercise prescription

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience
• Current AHPRA and SIRA registration
• Experience with NDIS, CTP, DVA, Work Cover patients (preferred)
• Reformer Pilates experience (preferred but not essential)
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• NSW Driver’s Licence and Working with Children/Police Check
