About the business

We are a general and cosmetic dental clinic based in Kangaroo Point. We are about the whole smile package, and that includes the patient's experience here. Working as a team, we provide the best possible care and outcomes for our patients.

We currently have a two chair surgery setup but have the room to expand to three surgeries operating in the future. We utilise the latest technology with intra- and extra-oral x-ray equipment, nitrous-oxide sedation, modern lisa barcode autoclave, Medit i700 scanner, cloud-based dental software, and TVs above chairs. We offer all general and cosmetic dental services including clear aligners, teeth whitening, injectables, and wisdom teeth extractions, with a focus on anxiety-free dentistry.

We have a relaxed environment consisting of a small team focused on working together to allow the smooth operating of the practice.

About the role

Looking for a fully qualified dentist, for 2 days per week including a Monday and any other day of your choosing, as well as one Saturday (half day) per fortnight. Late August/September start.

40% commision as contractor role minus lab fees. Private practice happy to supply materials and equipment of your choice. Freedom with direction of associate's patients.

Skills and experience

Associate dentist to have min 1 year experience, ideally experienced with nitrous oxide, sedation, clear aligners, wisdom teeth extractions, and injectables, though not essential. Mentoring also available in these areas. 

Looking for a dentist passionate in dentistry, providing a greater patient experience, and someone who'll add to the positive workplace culture. Focus on practice is anxiety-free dentistry therefore looking for clinician who strives to provide gentle and kind care to their patients.
