Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with professional registration (SPA).
  • Proven ability to manage caseloads and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, oral, and listening.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in delivering evidence-based therapy to diverse populations.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of the NDIS framework and fee-for-service model.
  • Proficiency with customer record systems.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Post-graduates are welcome to apply.

 

Your Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Assess & Recommend: Conduct comprehensive assessments and tailor recommendations.
  • Innovate & Collaborate: Engage in team meetings, continuous professional development, and stay current with best practices.
  • Create Individualised Plans: Develop and implement treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
  • Provide Comprehensive Care: Work with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
  • Empower Beyond Sessions: Guide clients and families with strategies to support progress outside therapy sessions.
