Orthodontist, or Orthodontically skilled General Dentist

We're looking for an Orthodontist or General Dentist highly skilled in orthodontics to help our group of practices.

We have a couple of practices close to each other (and more on the way in the new year), and would love an orthodontist who can help all the families we see with their orthodontic needs. 

We are a busy practice, with plenty of families, and a close knit team. We work hard to build practices patients love to attend, and our team loves to work at. We break away from the ordinary dental clinic mold, and are driven by taking care of our community, all the while creating a fun and homely workplace. 

We firmly believe that every individual deserves dental care where they leave an appointment feeling seen, heard, and valued; and excellent, long term treatment outcomes. 

Key Details:

- Orthodontist, or General Dentist highly skilled in orthodontics.  

- Location: Based at Narangba. Will receive referrals from our practice at Narangba, and also from our other clinics close by. 

- Hours: 1 day/week. It's highly possible this will grow in time, but this would be a good start.  

- Pay: Commission. Orthodontist at 50% commission (minus labs/etc.). General dentist with orthodontic training will have a lower commission rate. 

Main qualities we're looking for:

- Character. A person with a strong character (wants the best for patients and team), and team player.

- Great communication. We believe one of the biggest hindrances for people engaging healthily with their oral health is a great relationship with their dentist. This means a great ability to connect and communicate with people is a must. We believe we should always offer the best treatment options for the greatest long term outcomes for our patients; and not just shy away from communicating it because we feel awkward.

- Desire to grow. We want to invest in our dentists and create an environment where they can become the best dentist they can be. Ultimately, this makes work more enjoyable and satisfying.
