About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated therapist looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Aged Care? We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Post Graduate Therapist in Allied Health. This role is specifically created for individuals with 18 months to 24 months of professional experience and are already looking for a role & a Provider with a Difference.

Specific needs for Speech Pathologists, Dieticians and Occupational Therapists.

Due to our continued and unprecedented growth; moved into our brand new premises with 5 clinic rooms, community / group space and home our administration in May 2024 we can now confirm our South West expansion with our Busselton office opening in January 2025!

Responsibilities

· Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs.

· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.

· Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

· Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health.

Requirements

· Degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or a related field.

· 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience.

· Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, SPA, ESSA).

· Experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
