Position Overview

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions for NDIS clients, including specialized support for Assistive Technology solutions and Complex Home Modifications.
- Travel to client homes to deliver therapy, fostering independence and supporting clients within their daily environments.
- Provide flexible, in-person support with the option for clients to attend sessions at our office as needed.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including Allied Health Assistants, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Engage with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies to promote growth, independence, and community integration.
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
What We Offer
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000, reflective of your experience and expertise.
- Professional Growth: We support your development with continuous learning opportunities, mentorship, and career advancement pathways. We also pay for your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training up to $1,000 per calendar year.
- Specialized Training: Access professional development related to Assistive Technology and Complex Home Modifications, expanding your skills and expertise.
- Flexible Working Conditions: While this is an in-person role, we offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to coordinate with clients’ routines and your own.
- Supportive Environment: Work alongside a diverse team of professionals committed to inclusive practices and making a meaningful difference.
- Employee Benefits: Enjoy access to professional development funds, health and wellness programs, and more.
Qualifications

- AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with individuals with disabilities, enhancing their independence and quality of life.
- Experience or interest in Assistive Technology and Complex Home Modifications.
