At Down South Therapy, we're more than just a therapy service. We are WA’s largest mobile Allied Health Service provider, focused on delivering outstanding Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology services from Perth to Margaret River. For over 12 years, we've been committed to individualised, best-practice care, reaching families in urban and remote areas alike. We provide a wealth of resources, including a personal resource bundle worth $250, ongoing internal and external professional development worth $4500, competitive salary packages, and much more. With flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environment, we ensure every staff member can thrive both professionally and personally.

 Job Description

As an occupational therapist at Down South Therapy, you will serve our partnered schools in the Rockingham area and nearby regions, along with some community client sessions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing an independent caseload, creating and implementing individualised plans, and collaborating with school staff to incorporate therapeutic strategies effectively. You will also have the opportunity to expand your caseload to include community clients that align with your clinical interests. Our supportive setting ensures ample time for preparation, professional development, and administrative tasks, all supported by clinical supervision and mentoring to promote your career development. Additionally, caseloads are strategically assigned to minimise travel, allowing you to focus more on delivering impactful support to the community and engaging in the work you are passionate about.
