Neuro Occupational Therapist
Neuro Occupational Therapy Role
Excitingly, one of our exceptional Neuro Occupational Therapists is about to embark on maternity leave in May 2025, presenting a rare opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team. These positions are highly sought after, and we're thrilled to offer it as a permanent, ongoing full-time position (part-time will be considered for the right candidate).
This role comes with an established neuro caseload, abundant support, and a nurturing, enthusiastic team of experienced OTs dedicated to making a real impact.
Do you want to be a part of an experienced team, where you will be valued and supported to cultivate your skills, grow professionally, and achieve outstanding results for clients? If so, we’d be thrilled to hear from you!
About Us
Will & Way offers Occupational Therapy services to adults and older adults living with neurological, physical, and cognitive disabilities in Geelong and surrounding areas. Our team works in whatever environment is relevant and meaningful to the person: whether it be in the home, community, school, or workplace. We also offer services remotely via telehealth and at our therapy centre in Moolap.
At Will & Way, we stick to our knitting. We know what we do best and prioritise quality over quantity. At the core of our approach is ensuring that people receive the right assistance from those with the right expertise. We pride ourselves on providing skilled, evidence-based intervention in a welcoming, inclusive and person-centred way.
Co-directors Coralie Cooper and Claire Brice lead our team. Coralie and Claire created Will & Way to build a team of like-minded people passionate about serving clients in a way that creates meaningful relationships and promotes enjoyment in life through occupation.
Coralie is curious, energetic, and fun. She brings enthusiasm and excitement to our team and has over 13 years of OT knowledge. Coralie enjoys challenging the status quo to find new and innovative ways of doing things, working as part of a team, and helping others to succeed and grow. Coralie is the ‘WILL’ in our Will & Way.
Claire is supportive, caring, and always striving for excellence. She brings direction to our team and has over 17 years of OT knowledge. Claire is passionate about providing a high-quality, evidence-based service that promotes each client as an expert in their own life. Claire is the ‘WAY’ in our Will & Way.
In addition to our two leaders, our team comprises ten other wonderful people (plus two dogs): three senior/lead Occupational Therapists (Emma, Sarah, Louise), five Occupational Therapists (Tarryn, Stacey, Elise, Ella and Jen), one Business Manager and Home Modifications Lead (Sam), one Centre Handyman (Wayne) and two Centre Happiness Helpers (Wilfred and Juno).
