Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist position at a 4.9 stars (google rating) practice in Medowie. Work with a great team of GPs, nurses and administration. Hours are negotiable.

Peppertree GP are seeking a Medical Receptionist 3-4 days per week to join our friendly, busy team. We are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service with a bubbly and caring approach to our patients. The successful candidate has to be:

• Committed to good teamwork,
• Organised with attention to detail,
• Able to multitask,
• Available to work additional hours if required.

The roles/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Booking appointments and billing,
• Answering patient enquiries/phone calls/emails,
• Meet and greet patient,
• Use of practice management software – Best Practice,
• Daily general office admin duties - email, faxing, scanning etc,
• Daily maintenance of the waiting room.

Due to our hours of operation, we are looking for a person with good availability to work a roster that operates between the hours of 7am – 7pm (various days have different hours of operation) Mon – Fri.

Previous medical reception experience is desirable.
