Medical Receptionist

An exciting opportunity is available for a positive and proactive part-time receptionist to join the team at Eltham Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries (EPSI). The position requires exceptional face-to-face customer service skills to communicate with health professionals and clients in a friendly, caring, and professional manner. The role also involves a diverse range of reception and administrative tasks whilst managing the front desk.

About You:

The successful applicant will have outstanding communication and people skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and staff. You will have excellent phone etiquette, a strong work ethic, and enjoy multitasking in a friendly and fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will also be highly organised, mature, and demonstrate a high level of computer proficiency. Although not essential, previous experience in the medical field and/or knowledge and application of practice management software, such as Gensolve, would also be highly regarded.

Eltham Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries (EPSI) is a busy multidisciplinary health centre incorporating Physiotherapy, Pilates, Dietetics, and Podiatry. The centre features a fully equipped rehabilitation gym and modern Pilates studio. Our clinic is committed to fostering a friendly and nurturing environment for both our patients and our staff.

Role Details

· Start date: immediate start upon successful application.

· Days/Hours: minimum 18 hours per week, typically Thursday and Friday from 8am – 6pm.
